Joss Creed – I joined ICBC in 2020 as a Driver Examiner and in 2022 joined the Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruitment Specialist. I have a decade + experience in recruiting in multiple industries. Currently, I recruit for the Claims Call Centres.

Jessica Leeson – My name is Jessica Leeson, I have been with ICBC for 16 years. I started as a temporary employee in Driver Licensing. Over my 9 years in DL I worked as a Client Service Rep, a Driver Examiner, and a Supervisor. I then moved to the Claims Contact Center in 2016 as a Customer Service Adjuster. I obtained a permanent supervisor role in August 2019 and have now been a Manager Claims Contact Centre since Oct 2022.

Nav Kaila – I was hired at ICBC in 2017 as a Cyber Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit. I was able to apply my skills as an investigator and worked closely with my leadership team which led me to an opportunity as an acting manager at SIU for approximately two years. From there I wanted to continue my career in leadership supporting those around me to reach their goals. I wanted to explore other areas in ICBC and made the jump to Claims and was hired as a manager at the Claims Contact Centre in March of 2022 and have been enjoying my time so far.

Megan Hui – I have been with ICBC for almost 15 years and work in ITPerformance as a Technology Planner. Prior to that I was in Project ManagementOffice. Our department is responsible for several business functions withinISD. We manage a RMF project portfolio, ISD and corporate risks, ISD BCUCprocesses, vendor/contract management, communications/training, ISD's co-opprogram just to name a few. I report on ISD business metrics through Tableaureporting, manage ISD Space Planning/Hoteling and RMF project reporting.

Sandra Wu - Sandra Wu has been employed with ICBC since 2011 and later joined the Talent Acquisition team in 2016. She has handled recruitment for various divisions including Claims, Driver Licensing, IT, Insurance, and Finance. She is passionate about getting to know others and finding out what motivates individuals towards their career goals and helping connect candidates with career and growth opportunities.
